JUDGEMENT

(1.) A. Mateen, J. Heard learned Counsel for the applicant, learned Counsel appearing for the complainant and the learned Additional Government Advocate. I have also gone through the F. I. R. the bail rejection order and the counter affidavit filed by the complainant and statement recorded under Section 161 Cr. P. C. of injured Vinod Singh Chauhan.

(2.) IN his statement the injured has stated that on the fateful day, he alongwith his brother Manoj Singh Chauhan was going on a cycle when the incident took place. F. I. R. of the incident has been lodged by one Hari Shanker Maurya, Advocate. I have also gone through the F. I. R. lodged by one Anuj Patel.
