JUDGEMENT

(1.) Case has been called out in the revised list. In spite of service of notice on Sri S. Hasnain appearing for the respondent, he is not present.

(2.) Heard Sri H.O.K. Srivasatava, appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.

(3.) By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the orders passed in proceeding under Sec. 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act (for short the Act). The petitioner was granted lease of the disputed plot on 21.12.1975. The respondents Nos. 7 to 10 filed an application dated 8.12.1976 under Sec. 198(4) of the Act for cancellation of the lease. The Additional Collector, Ghazipur vide order dated 25.11.1978 allowed the application of the respondents and cancelled the lease of the petitioner. The petitioner filed a revision before the respondent No. 2 which was also dismissed vide order dated 15.5.1980. Feeling aggrieved petitioner filed another revision before Board of Revenue which was also dismissed on 1.6.1983.
