JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE present contempt petition has been filed under section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India. It is, inter -alia, prayed that the opposite parties be summoned and punished for having committed contempt of this Court by flouting the order dated 28.1.1993 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 2544 of 1993. The present contempt petition was filed on 13th May, 1993.
