(2.) IN this case it is alleged that recovery of 252. 5 Kg. of Charas was made by the official of Narcotics Control Bureau, Varanasi. Thereafter, on arrest of the person from whom the above recovery was made the applicant was also apprehended on account of disclosure of certain facts. Statement of the applicant under Section 67 of NDPS Act was recorded wherein he has admitted that he has been involved in selling of Opium in Nepal. The applicant is related to the main accused Akhil as per his own statement. For the present it is argued that the statement recorded under Section 67 of NDPS Act is unnatural and not acceptable.
