JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(2.) THE petitioner has filed this writ petition praying, inter alia, for a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 26 -6 -1991 (Annexure 9 to the writ petition) passed by respondent No. 4.

(3.) COUNSEL for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has working from 1986 to 1990 and therefore, he is entitled for a reward of more than Rs. 10,000/ -for payment of which the respondents have not taken any steps and on the contrary his services have come to an end due to non -renewal of the contract vide impugned order dated 26 -6 -1991 on the ground that he has not achieved his aim according to the standard given in the contract.
