JUDGEMENT

(1.) S. S. Kulshrestha, J. Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A. G. A. and also perused the materials on record.

(2.) IT has been contended that on false and frivolous allegations, application under Section 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure was moved by the opposite party against the applicants with a view to harass them. At this stage most innocuous prayer has been made that till to the submissions of the charge-sheet accused applicants may not be arrested.
