JUDGEMENT

(1.) A. Mateen, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Gone through the F. I. R. , the bail rejection order and the recovery memo.

(2.) ELEVEN kilograms of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the applicant. The commercial quantity provided under the NDPS Act is twenty kilograms. Besides, the applicant is in jail for the last six months. Considering the totality of circumstances, I find it to be a fit case for bail.
