JUDGEMENT

(1.) S. P. Mehrotra, J. The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, praying for quashing the order dated 23. 12. 2003 (Annexure-7 to the writ petition) passed by the learned Additional District Judge (Court No. 10), Kanpur Nagar on application No. 20-C and another order dated 23. 12. 2003 passed by the learned Additional District Judge (Court No. 10), Kanpur Nagar on application No. 21-C. It may be mentioned that the said applications were filed on behalf of the petitioners in SCC Revision No. 20 of 2003.

(2.) THE dispute relates to a shop, the details whereof are given in the judgment and order dated 29. 3. 2003 passed by the Second Additional Judge, Small Cause Court, Kanpur Nagar, referred to hereinafter. THE said shop has hereinafter been referred to as "the disputed shop".

(3.) THEREUPON, the petitioners filed a Revision under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887, which was registered as SCC Revision No. 20 of 2003.
