JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petition in hand is directed against the order dated 16-9-1992 passed by-the Asstt. Registrar, Chits Funds and Societies Gorakhpur (postulating registration of the Committee of Management of the Society know as Sri Lallan Misra Shikshan Sansthan Sohnag, Deoria on the basis of the minutes of the meeting held on 15-3-1992 and 21-6-1992.

(2.) In order to appreciate the controversy involved in the case, the order impugned in this petition is quoted below.
