(2.) THIS revision is directed against the order dated 5-9-1990 of the learn ed 11 Addl. Sessions Judge, Fatehpur, who dismissed the revision of the revi sionist preferred against the order dated 10-5-1988 of learned III Addl. Munsif Magistrate, Fatehpur, who had allowed the application of revisionist's wife Smt. Masroom Bibi mbved under Section 125, Cr. P. C. and ordered for payment of Rs. 150 as maintenance for her and Rs. 100 per month maintenance for the minor son till he attains majority, The order of the Learned Munsif Magistrate was challenged in revision, The learned II Addl. Sessions Judge agreed with the findings of fact recorded by the learned Addl. Munsif Magistrate and, therefore, dismissed the revision application. The matter thus has been concluded by concurrent fiindings of facts of both the courts below. It could not be shown that the approach of either of the two courts had been unteaconable or perverse.
