JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS writ petition was taken up for final disposal at the admission stage under the Rules of Court by agreement of parties' learned counsel.

(2.) THE petitioner by means of this writ petition prayed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents for payment of pension, gratuity, general provident fund and other dues to the petitioner in persuance of the payment order issued by the Accountant General, U. P.-II, Allahabad.

(3.) ON another representation the Addl. Chief Conservator, Garhwal Region, U. P. directed by his letter dated 17-9-1988, Annexure no. 10 to the writ petition for payment of the pension, gratuity etc. to the petitioner. But inspite of the same the Divisional Forest Officer, Tehri Garhwal did not make any arrangement with the treasury at Dehradun for payment of the dues.
