JUDGEMENT

(1.) ANIL Kumar Dwivedi, Advocate, is personally present in the court. He has filed an affidavit In paragraph 3 of the affidavit he has tendered his unconditional apology to this Court. Before proceedings in the matter we asked him to give an undertaking to this Court that he shall not again repeat any misbehaviour in the courts below. We explained him the consequences of undertaking. After hearing us he has given an undertaking to this Court as follows "1 shall never repeat what has happened on 17-6-1992 in which present contempt proceedings have been drawn against me." We have accepted him undertaking and also unqualified apology tendered by him. We feel that he is really sorry for what has happened on 17-6-1992 against Sri S. C. Singh, Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly Judgeship.

(2.) IN the result, in view of the undertaking and also the unqualified apology tendered by Anil Kumar Dwivedi, Advocate, we are discharging the notice issued by this Court earlier. No further action is required to be taken in the contempt application. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.
