JUDGEMENT

(1.) The facts are ; A mutation order is passed on 18-6-1988 favouring Biri Singh. A motion in restoration. On 29-11-1988 Naib Tahsildar stays onward proceeding in compliance of an order of Honourable High Court.

(2.) Appeal by Mohd Sharif Sub-Divisional Officer dismisses it on 22-12-1989. A revision is dismissed on 30-4-1991. So this revision by Mohd Sharif.
