JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Sri Ashish Dubey holding brief of Sri Durlabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Deepak Pandey, learned counsel for the informant and Sri G.P. Singh, learned AGA for the State respondents and perused the records.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dtd. 27/3/2023 registered as Case Crime No. 0100 of 2023, under Sec. 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Sec. 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Jahanabad, District Fatehpur.

(3.) Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet No. 105 of 2023 has already been submitted on 12/5/2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
