JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is the second bail application.

(2.) The first bail application of the applicant was rejected for want of prosecution by Hon'ble Mohd. Faiz Alam Khan, J, in Criminal Misc Bail Application No. 14242 of 2021 vide order dtd. 5/9/2022.
