JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is second round of litigation. The petitioners have earlier approached this Court by way of filing a Writ B No. 795 of 2023 which was disposed of by an order dtd. 25/8/2023 having Neutral Citation No. 2023: AHC:172269 and same is reproduced in entirety in order to indicate facts of present case.
