(3.) This application for bail has been filed by applicant-Bhure, seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 71 of 2023, under Ss. 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 323, 504 IPC and Sec. 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station-Jarifnagar, District-Badaun during the pendency of trial.
