JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.

(2.) It has been submitted that the applicant and the co-accused Sonu have been assigned the role of catching hold the deceased, while the other co-accused Prem Pal fired the fatal shot.

(3.) It has next been argued that the applicant falsely been implicated. The applicant is facing detention since 8.11.2011.
