(1.) Heard Sri P.K.S. Paliwal, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Triveni Shanker, Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned Advocate and Learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

(2.) These are two writ petitions which are against the same impugned order passed by the Special Executive Officer (Land Acquisition) Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar dated 17th October, 2008.
