JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

(2.) The petitioners have come up before this Court questioning the correctness of the orders passed cancelling the lease of the petitioners for plantation under the Government Order dated 30.12.1985.

(3.) The said government order is stated to have been issued by the State Government under Section 126 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950.
