JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has been transferred from Allahabad to Pratapgarh.

(2.) It is the contention of the petitioner that he has been transferred on the behest of Member of Parliament. He has annexed the copy of the letter dated 29.11.2012.

(3.) I have perused the letter. In the letter he has complained that the petitioner is involved in selling the smack and supporting the gambling etc. Transfer is the exigency of the service. The transfer has been made on the approval of the Police Establishment Board.
