JUDGEMENT

(1.) These are two connected writ petitions which are being dealt with by this judgment.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

(3.) By means of Writ Petition No. 30989 of 2008 the petitioner has challenged the order of demand dated 7.6.2008 requiring the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 1,35,000/- in the account of Gram Shiksha Nidhi of Gram Panchayat in Punjab National Bank, Khurja with the following prayers:
