JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

(2.) This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the charge sheet dated 11.08.2012 in Case No.78 of 2013, under Section 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Saharanpur.

(3.) The contention of learned counsel for the applicant is that no offence against the applicant is disclosed and the present prosecution has been instituted with a malafide intention for the purpose of harassment.
