JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. This is a petition for a direction upon the court concerned to decide Suit No. 632 of 2003 (Ramanand Vs. Prahlad and others) within a time bound period.

(2.) IN view of the general mandamus of the Division Bench of this court in Ayodhya Sahai Vs. District Judge, Jaunpur and others : (1997) 3 UPLBEC 1677 and looking to the fact that the case is of the year 2003, the petition is disposed of with the direction to the court concerned to decide the same in accordance with the law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of the certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
