JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter-alia, praying that direction be given to the respondents to consider and decide the Representation of the petitioner within stipulated time granted by this Court.

(2.) From a perusal of the averments made in the Writ Petition, it appears that there is a Cooperative Society, namely, Uttranchal Jan Kalyan Sehkari Avas Samiti Ltd. (respondent no.5). The said Cooperative Society has here-in-after been referred to as "the Cooperative Society in question".

(3.) The petitioner claims himself to be a life founder member of the Cooperative Society in question.
