JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondent.

(2.) No notice is issued to respondent no. 2, in view of the order which is being passed. Liberty is being reserved to respondent no. 2 to make an application for variation/modification of the order if he feels aggrieved.

(3.) By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is challenging the auction notice dated 18.09.2013 published by Bank in daily newspaper 'AAJ' under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
