JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amit Kant Tewari, who has put in appearance on behalf of contesting respondent no. 5.

(2.) Vide order dated 21.08.2012, learned Standing Counsel was directed to produced original record pertaining to selection on the post of Anganwari Karyakatri and in compliance thereof, the same has been produced before me.

(3.) Since original record has been produced and with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition was heard without calling for a counter affidavit.
