JUDGEMENT

(1.) Notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1 has been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel.

(2.) Considering the proposed order, requirement of issuance of notice to opposite party no. 2 is hereby dispensed with.

Heard Sri Ashwani Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner, who confines his prayer only for issuing a direction to the Tehsildar, District Amethi to decide the Mutation Case No. 198 of 2006; Smt. Karmaita Vs. Shiv Bahadur, under Sec. 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act in respect of Gata No. 311 having an area of 0.468 hectare, situate in village-Semra, Pargana and Tehsil-Amethi expeditiously.
