JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri R. K. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the complainant and learned Additional Government Advocate.

(2.) THIS writ petition has been filed for quashing of an FIR in case crime No. 432 of 2012 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Puramufti, District Kaushambi.

(3.) THE writ court is not competent to go into questions of facts and on the allegations, it cannot be said that no prima facie case is disclosed.
