JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant Randheer Singh who is involved in case crime No.331 of 2012 under sections 302 , 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Bahjoe, District Sambhal.

(2.) I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records.

(3.) The bail application has been vehemently opposed by the learned AGA. He stated that the applicant has been assigned specific role of firing upon the deceased. But the learned AGA and the investigating officer of the case did not have any explanation for the difference in the 'Tahriri Report' and the transcription appearing on the back of the chik FIR.
