JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By means of the present petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 12.07.2013 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad by which the Tribunal has rejected the Original Application No.855 of 2013.

(3.) The brief facts are that the petitioner's father was an employee with the respondent and he died in harness on 05th February, 2006. The petitioner applied for compassionate appointment. The claim for compassionate appointment was considered and rejected by the order dated 31.12.2012. Against the said order, the petitioner filed the original application before the Tribunal, which has been rejected.
