JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. The case of the petitioner is that in a suit filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the husband respondent for restitution of conjugal rights petitioner has been granted interim maintenance vide order dated 18.2.2012. The said interim maintenance is not being paid to the petitioner. Accordingly, she has filed application dated 3.12.2012 for implementation of the order of maintenance and for realization of the same.

(2.) THE grievance of the petitioner is that her aforesaid application is not being decided.
