JUDGEMENT

(1.) ON 6.12.2012 the following order was passed : Heard Sri H.P. Dube, assisted by Sri Vimledu Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sir J.K. Khanna, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 1, Sri Abu Sufiyani Azmi for the opposite party no. 2 and Sri Mohd. Isa Khan for the opposite party no. 3.
