(2.) The present application has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 8.11.2012 passed by Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, C.B.I. Ghaziabad in Sessions Trial NO. 16/12 (C.B.I. Versus Chandrajeet Yadav and others).
