JUDGEMENT

ALL the appeals have been filed by the Department under section 260A of the Income Tax Act. 1961, against the consolidated judgment and order dt. 13 -2 -2004, passed by the Tribunal, Allahabad in ITA Nos. 762/All/1999, 763/All/1999, 304/All/2002 and 305/All/2002, for the block period from 1 -4 -1986 to 13 -2 -1997.
