JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner. It appears that the respondent has filed a suit No. 1263 of 2012 (Hari Ram Vs. Maan Singh) for declaring the judgment order and decree dated 31.3.1998 passed in original suit No. 1092 of 1995 (Man Singh Vs. Hari Ram) as null and void.

(2.) PETITIONER has preferred this petition for the quashing of the plaint of the aforesaid suit.

(3.) NO ground for quashing the plaint or proceedings of the aforesaid suit in exercise of writ jurisdiction is made out. Petition is dismissed.
