JUDGEMENT

(1.) This second appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 19.08.2009 passed by Civil Judge (Senior Division) in regular suit No. 136 of 2005, by which the plaintiff's suit for recovery of Rs. 35,100.00 together with interest @ 8% and Civil Appeal No. 22 of 2009 preferred against it has also been dismissed with cost.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and gone through the records.

(3.) The dispute relate to recovery of amount which was borrowed by the plaintiff to the defendant. The learned Trial Court has discussed the entire evidence led by both the parties in support of their pleadings in its right perspective which has rightly been scrutinised by the learned Appellate Court.
