JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned counsel for the petitioner.

(2.) THE petitioner was an applicant for the post of L.T. Grade Teacher in a Government College. The counselling according to the merit of the candidates was to be conducted after notification of the minimum cut off merit of the respective category of candidates.

(3.) THIS was notified on 4th of December, 2012 and the said notification was published by the Regional Joint Director of Education in Hindi Daily Dainik Jagaran dated 7th of December, 2012. A copy of the newspaper has been placed by the learned Standing Counsel Sri Rai on the basis of the written instructions received from the Joint Director of Education.
