JUDGEMENT

(1.) TWO supplementary affidavits filed today are taken on record.

(2.) HEARD learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the records.

(3.) LEARNED counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant is the husband of the deceased. Marriage was solemnized about two years prior to the incident. Devi Prasad - father, Bhagat Singh - cousin brother, Bhanu Prakash - uncle and Harish Chandra - uncle of the deceased have been examined during trial. They have not supported the prosecution case and have denied any demand of dowry or harassment on the part of the applicant.
