JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is a fair price shop dealer. She is aggrieved by the order of the District Magistrate dated 14.1.2007, whereby her license for fair price shop has been cancelled and her appeal has also been dismissed by the learned Commissioner vide order dated 14.5.2008.

(3.) The petitioner is a license holder of a fair price shop for distributing essential commodities in the village Rupadi Junardar, Ballia Khedi, district Saharanpur.
