RAJNI JAIN Vs. CENTRAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION

JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have already heard learned counsel for the applicant Smt. Rajni Jain and learned counsel appearing for Central Bureau of Investigation, New Delhi.

(2.) This transfer application has been filed by Smt. Rajni Jain accused applicant to transfer the Special Case No. 4/2013 C.B.I. Vs. Abhay Kumar Vajpai and others under sections 120B, 409 & 420 I.P.C. and under section 13(1)(d) read with section 13 (2) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 pending in the court of Special Judge, Anti-Corruption, CBI, Ghaziabad to any other court of competent jurisdiction at Ghaziabad with a further prayer to direct the trial court that no coercive measure be taken against the applicant in the aforesaid case during the pendency of the transfer application.

(3.) Perused the record including the affidavit filed in support of the transfer application, supplementary affidavit filed by the applicant and the affidavit filed by CBI which tantamount to counter affidavit.
