JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA and learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2.

(2.) Revisionist and opposite party no.2 have filed a joint affidavit today stating that parties have entered into compromise outside the Court and in terms of the compromise Rs. 1,10,000.00 has been paid by way of bankers cheque dated 10.10.2012 and the remaining amount Rs. 43,750.00 was deposited in the Court in compliance of the order dated 16.12.2010. It has also been stated that revisionist has no objection for release of the said amount of 25% in favour of the opposite party no.2.

(3.) Application for compounding under Sec. 147 of the Negotiable Instruments Act has also been submitted.
