JUDGEMENT

(1.) Pursuant to the order dated 23.7.2013, the case has been put up today as a fresh case.

(2.) It appears that the Licence of the petitioner in respect of the Fair Price Shop in question was suspended by the order dated 28.6.2013 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition). By the said order dated 28.6.2013, the petitioner was further called-upon to submit his Written Explanation in regard to the irregularities alleged to have been committed by the petitioner in respect of the Fair Price Shop in question.

(3.) In response to the said order dated 28.6.2013, the petitioner submitted his Written Explanation dated 10.7.2013, copy whereof has been filed as Annexure-5 to the writ petition.
