RAJ KUMAR Vs. SANJEEV KUMAR KALRA

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The above two revisions under Sec. 25 of the Provincial Small Causes Court Act, 1887 arise from SCC Suit No.30 of 2008 (Sanjeev Kumar Kalra Vs. Raj Kumar) .

(2.) The revisionist in both the cases is a tenant whereas respondent is the owner and landlord of the shop in question which is part of premises No. 67/04, block No.07, Govind Nagar, Kanpur.

(3.) The first revision is against the order of the court below dated 4.11.09 by which the tenant's application for amendment of the written statement has been rejected.
