(1.) Heard Sri Pawan Kishore, Sri Piyush Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. and Sri Nisheeth Yavav and Sri Shiv Sagar Singh, learned counsel for Ankur Yadav son of Sri Ramesh Chandra Yadav.
