(2.) Heard Sri Rahul Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

(3.) The review application has been filed by the applicants for review of order dated 12.4.2012 passed by Hon'ble Sunil Hali, J. as he then was on the ground that there is error apparent on the face of record as the view taken by the learned Single Judge that the suit filed for cancellation of sale deed dated 23.10.1984 by the respondent no. 2 will lie in the Civil Court is against law as it has no jurisdiction in the matter.
