JUDGEMENT

(1.) -This writ petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 6.10.2001 passed by the District Supply Officer, Firozabad, and Annexure-9 to the writ petition.

(2.) WE have heard learned counsel for the parties.

(3.) FOR the reasons given above, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned order dated 6.10.2001 is quashed. However, it is open to the authority concerned to pass fresh order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
