JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD learned Counsel for the petitioner. Sri P. S. Beghel has appeared for the respondent.

(2.) THE petitioner has prayed for quashing the selection on the post of lecturer in Political Science in the University of Allahabad in the selection held on 6-8-2003. We are not inclined to interfere with the said selection at this Court cannot sit in appeal over the decision of the Selection Committee, vide Chancellor v. Dr. Bijayananda Kar, 1994 (1) SCC 169; University of Mysore v. Govinda Rao, AIR 1965 SC 491, etc.
