JUDGEMENT

(1.) S. P. Mehrotra, J. This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, praying for quashing the order dated 23rd July, 2003 (Annexure-3 to the writ petition) passed by the District Supply Officer/delegated Authority, Meerut and the order dated 7th August, 2003 (Annexure-5 to the writ petition) passed by the learned District Judge, Meerut.

(2.) THE dispute relates to an accommodation in House No. 469 situated in New Govindpuri, Kankerkhera, Meerut Cant, Meerut. THE said accommodation has hereinafter been referred to as the "disputed accommodation".

(3.) IT further appears that the affidavits and documents were filed by the respondent No. 3 and the petitioner in support of their respective cases.
