GAURISHANKER Vs. DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF CONSOLIDATION AND OTHERS

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is directed against judgment and order dated 17.2.03 passed by Deputy Director of Consolidation.

(2.) Settlement Officer Consolidation by judgment and order dated 15.1.2002 relying on a compromise dated 17.2.1991 in Case No. 757 relating to plot No. 30/3 area 4 Bigha 6 Biswa 4 Dhoor allotted land to the parties in terms of compromise. Deputy Director of Consolidation reversed the same and restored the allotment made by Consolidation Officer.
